I’m excited to announce that I was published in the 2017 edition of VCU’s journal Poictesme (Pwa-Tem). Poictesme is a paperback anthology of VCU undergraduates literature and art. My graphite drawing, “Sticks and Foam” can be found on page 70. Be sure to check it out!

At the end of the school year, two weeks before graduation, Hanna and I met with Beverly Snowden, the talented staff writer for Hickory City Schools. She interviewed us both about our individual and collaborative journey with art both throughout high school and before it. IB Art Show
My first real art show was my 2016 IB art show at Copperbean Coffee. The show is a requirement for graduation from the IB Art program, and I was so excited to host it alongside one of my best friends (and a very talented artist) Hanna Starnes. Over the three hour duration of the show, about 50 of our friends and family came to see and talk about our art. Here's to more shows to come!
